Terms and Conditions of N Power



Do you want to apply for the N Power recruitment program? Read the requirements for N Power recruitment below.

Preliminary Requirements
1.1 You must be between 18 and 35 years (as if December 31st 2017) in order to apply for N-Power.
1.2 You warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.

Your Obligations to N-Power You shall:
2.1 provide N Power with all the correct and accurate information requested to process and evaluate your application.
2.2 not use your application or participation in N Power for any improper, unlawful or fraudulent activity
2.3 not use your application or participation in NPower to commit a criminal act or to cause nuisance or annoyance or inconvenience to or to harass others;
2.4 co-operate with reasonable security checks or requests for information made by N Power from time to time in relation to your application or participation in N-Power
2.5 take all reasonable caution, and assume full responsibility for your financial information that you share with third parties or third party computers for the purpose of completing the N-Power application;

2.6 comply with all reasonable instructions issued by NPower  from time to time in relation to your application or participation in N-Power

2.7 comply with all applicable laws and legislation.


3. By applying to N-Power, you confirm that all the information provided in your application are true and accurate. N-Power reserves the right to verify all of the information as well as the authenticity of your educational qualification. In the event that there is discrepancy, or information is found to be false, you will be withdrawn from the programme immediately and all the criminal consequences of your action will follow.

4. You agree to defend, indemnify, confirm that all the information and hold harmless N-Power and Federal Government of Nigeria (and its officers, employees and agents) from and against any third party claims, actions and demands (including, without limitation, costs, damages and , or reasonable legal and accounting fees) alleging or resulting from or in the connection with your use of N Power websites, any Document posted by you, your use of the Application or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
